1- Bring in gently used items in very good condition
In other words, please bring items like you expect to find for yourself!
As an example, deformed, stained, faded or teared items will be refused; all buttons must be in place, and zippers functional; shoes must be little worn, without major marks; leather objects should not have water marks or scratches; electronic games must work, etc.
Items that we don’t accept for exchange will be returned to you.
2- Browse around and choose anything you like among our wide selection of other pre-loved items.
The exchange is based on a Bring-One Get-One system, even though some items can have a lower value (eg casual Tshirts) or a higher one (eg coats). Again, we want you to leave *happy/excited* with what you got, and people coming after *you happy/excited* with what they find. (see more details about this evaluation in the FAQ)
3- Enjoy your new treasures!
The cost per visit is $10 to swap up to 20 items.
